Kelly Purcell,
Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing
Ms. Purcell is responsible for the Marketing Strategy,
Business Development and Sales Activities of the eSign
Transaction Management Suite. She is also directly involved
with standards groups and associations that are relevant
to eTMS. Prior to the Wave acquisition, Ms. Purcell was
the original President and co-founder of SignOnline since
1999. Ms. Purcell's primary responsibilities included
investor relations, capital structure and fund raising.
She was also directly involved in the marketing and strategic
plan for the company, along with the recruitment of key
Board members. Ms. Purcell came from GE Capital Corporation
where she had eleven years experience serving in various
capacities in the mortgage and insurance industries. Ms.
Purcell was directly responsible for budgets in excess
of $800 million. This included the sales, risk dispersion
and loss ratio of various portfolios. Kelly is also a
certified GreenBelt of the Six Sigma Business Practice.
Prior to that she completed a two year Management Training
Program with Transamerica Financial Services. Ms. Purcell
has a B.S. in Business Management from Moorhead State
University of Minnesota. She also holds a Broker®
License in the state of Arizona and has held several insurance
licenses in several states over a period of twelve years.

Lark M. Allen,
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Lark M. Allen is the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Wave Systems Corp. He has more than 30 years of industry IT experience with large enterprises and has held executive management positions in sales, marketing, development and consulting. Mr. Allen plays an active role in a number of industry standards organizations, including the Trusted Computing Group where he is a member of the Storage Work Group, which builds upon existing TCG technologies and focuses on developing open standards around secure data storage.

Ed Green,
Senior Vice President, Production and Services
Mr. Green brings over 35 years of management and software product development experience to the eTMS team, where he is responsible for the company's software development and customer support. Prior to joining Wave, Mr. Green was a member of IBM’s executive team where he held various positions in operating systems development, networking systems development and internal applications development and operations. He also held executive positions on IBM’s Global Services team where he was responsible for major international outsourcing contracts. Mr. Green attended Renssalear Polytechnic Institute, where he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He also completed the University of Virginia’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Executive Program.

Jonathan Kearns
Senior Vice President, Client Services
Jonathan Kearns is the Manager of the team responsible for the installing and certifying the eSign Transaction Management Suite for partners and clients. Prior to the Wave Acquisition, Mr. Kearns was the Chief Technology Officer for SignOnline and was responsible for the technical design, implementation and infrastructure as well as leading the sales engineering team. Prior to SignOnline, Mr. Kearns was President and founder of Iridium Technologies, a technology-consulting firm that specialized in technology analysis, solution implementation and infrastructure security.

David Hunter
Senior Product Manager
David Hunter heads up Product Management for eSignSystems. David has over 20 years experience in professional software engineering. Before joining eSignSystems, David was Chief Technology Officer at ePlay, a pop-culture, predictive entertainment site which handled over one million hits per day. Prior to ePlay, David worked for 10 years in the Engineering Department of Wave Systems. David also has contributed to various government, defense, and commercial projects during his five years at the David Sarnoff Research Center. David has been working with Internet technologies from the early days of the web, starting his first web development company in 1994. David earned BA degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers College. He lives with his wife and daughter near Princeton, New Jersey, USA.

Brian D. Pannell, PMP
Senior Implementation Manager
Mr. Pannell joins the eSign Transaction Management Suite (eTMS) team after 15 years with Fannie Mae where he served as a trusted advisor managing third-party technology relationships. Mr. Pannell has extensive experience in technology and mortgage product implementations and a proven track record in project and program management, strategic account ownership and enhancement, as well as the ability to identify and execute new and often complex business opportunities. Within his current role on the eTMS team, he will be responsible for activities associated with the implementation of, integration into and support of eTMS in the customers’ environments. Mr. Pannell attained his B.A. in Economics and Minor in Computer Science from Virginia Military Institute. He also has a M.B.A. in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix, and recently acquired his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.
