Implementation


SignOnline works hand-in-hand with its clients to implement the SignOnline solution. An Implementation Manager (IM) guides each client through the process. The IM helps mold a solution to fit particular needs, then helps a client re-check to make sure all steps and testing are complete before the client goes live.

SignOnline's average implementation varies between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the amount of customization.

If substantial customization is needed, a technical resource person will be sent to the client to develop a project specification plan to handle the customization process. There is a one-time charge for the development of the project specification document.


Training

As part of implementation, SignOnline recommends each client participate in SignOnline's training modules. Currently, there are two core modules available:

1. Preparing documents with SignOnline's TagTool;
2. Using the SignOnline SAFE.

Training is conducted face-to-face with the users of the system. There is a per-person charge for the training.

In addition, for clients not using SignOnline's 24/7 customer support service, SignOnline can provide a Customer Support module that details how to handle user inquiries regarding the SignOnline solution. The fee schedule is based on a per-person rate.
