Kelly Purcell

Kelly Purcell is a co-founder and has been the company's President since its incorporation. Ms. Purcell came from GE Capital where she had fifteen years experience serving in various capacities in the mortgage origination and insurance industries. At GE Capital during the last five years she held the position of Business Development Manager. Ms. Purcell was directly responsible for a territory with an annual sales budget of $800 million. This included the sales, risk dispersion and loss ratio of insurance portfolio associated with her territory. Previous positions at GE Capital included sales management/marketing, product development and risk management. Ms. Purcell's region was the leader in "boundary-less selling" by bringing the services of five GE components together to meet key customer needs, a move which resulted in gross sales of $60 million and a $4.3 million profit. Ms. Purcell graduated from Moorhead State University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Acting Chief Financial Officer
Mark Hassman

Mark Hassman became Acting Chief Financial Officer effective July 2000. Mr. Hassman brings 25 years of financial expertise to SignOnline. His previous experience includes his position as CFO with Clayton Engineering, Inc. Mr. Hassman also was the CFO for L.H. Cranston & Sons, Inc. for a period of seven years. Mr. Hassman's education includes a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Management Science and Economics from Duke University.

Nancy Alley

Nancy Alley is a co-founder and has been the company's Chief Information Officer since its incorporation. Ms. Alley came from GE Capital where she spent 8 years developing the skills she brought to Signonline, Inc. Ms. Alley was a Business Development Manager for 4 years. At GE Capital, she represented Contract Service Channel to Top Tier and key Western Region accounts. She marketed service to outsource customer-underwriting functions via compliance and automated underwriting products. Ms. Alley was also the Product Manager for GE Capital's first mortgage scoring application. She managed the full product development cycle from design to implementation, which was completed in 30 weeks. Ms. Alley graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration, where she majored in finance with broad business curriculum including Marketing, Accounting, and Economics.

Senior Vice President of Sales
Victoria Clement

Victoria Clement is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales. Prior to SignOnline, Ms. Clement worked for GE Capital for seven years where she was Regional Vice President/Manager for the Capital Markets Mortgage Sales Division (buy side). She managed a sales force of over 20 account executives, and mortgage assets of over $2 billion. Responsibilities included the management of all mortgage related e-commerce partners on the West Coast. Prior to joining GE Capital, she served as Vice President of Conduit Sales for Shearson Lehman Mortgage, and has held senior positions with Security Pacific's Capital Markets and Technology Groups. Ms. Clement has also served as Legislative Aid to the Executive Director of the Joint Economic Committee of the U. S. Congress. Ms. Clement is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds an Advanced Degree in Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine.

Bennett R. Katz

Mr. Katz retired from Visa in January 2000 after 27 years of service. He was the group executive vice president, General Counsel and Secretary of Visa International, overseeing all legal functions for the worldwide Visa payment system. He also serves on Visa's Management Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Visa, he served for five years as Chief Counsel to Avco Financial Services in Newport Beach, California, and was general counsel for three years to the Home Credit Company in Worcester, Massachusetts. Katz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College in New York, and a JD degree from the University of Chicago Law School.

Barbara Roberts

While serving as Governor of Oregon from 1991-1995, Ms. Roberts was recognized as a strong advocate for environmental management, a state and national leader for human and civil rights, and one of America's foremost "re-inventors" of effective government. Prior to being elected Governor, she was Oregon's Secretary of State from 1985-1991, and had been a member of the state House of Representatives, serving as majority leader in 1983 and 1984.

Admiral Robert Inman is a member of the Advisory Council for SignOnline. Mr. Inman is the founder and former CEO of MCC, a consortium of computer software and hardware makers created in 1982. He is a former Director of the National Security Agency and a former deputy director for the Central Intelligence Agency.

Dudley Brown is the Managing Director for BridgeGate, focusing on executive-level searches for venture-backed, pre-IPO firms and recently public software and Internet clients. As Managing Director, he also oversees BridgeGates's planning, marketing and strategy.
