offers its clients a method of taking an electronic document from its creation
to signing and then to a safe and secure repository where one may, with proper
identification, view it and/or retrieve it.
The entire process is electronic meaning no paper and, therefore, no delays.
Identify
SignOnline ensures the integrity of digital contracts by making sure that the
signer's identity is verified. After collecting simple 'tier 1' information on
an individual or a company, a more detailed profile is generated to validate their
identity. Only after passing several identification steps will a user be issued
a digital certificate (SignOnline's SmartSignature). This digital certificate
is automatically installed on the users web browser or available SMARTCard.
Sign
SignOnline is uniquely positioned to offer clients a "whole" product that embraces digital
document creation, signature capture and document management. Signonline provides
a seamless application for employing digital certificates-a proven technology
now recognized as a legal signature-in a secure, trustworthy and user-friendly
way. The software facilitates the use of digital certificates by way of its patented
"point and click" signing ceremony. The software seamlessly accesses the certificate
and certifies the person as authorized to sign a particular contract or document.
Documents are stamped to show time and date, and expiration dates are checked.
This gives the certificate holder the ability to sign global contracts via a computer
and does not require the installation of additional hardware.

Store
Maintaining an original digitally signed document is essential to contractual
integrity. Once created, these legally-binding contracts are verified and are
securely deposited in SignOnline's document data center (SAFE, Secure Accessible
File Environment), which features the highest level of physical security, backup
and redundancy available today. This provides a neutral, trusted, third party
infrastructure.
Manage
SignOnline's SAFE offers real-time access for managing securely reposed
documents, providing robust searching and reporting capabilities, making it
an intelligent management tool for any business. The SAFE allows authorized
individuals to store, view, print, search and/or transfer digitally-signed originals
or most any other electronic file format. If necessary, these documents (assets)
can be transferred by a simple click of a mouse. An archived copy is maintained
to meet legal and compliance requirements.
While the scope of the document management solution is broad, a business can
realize a cycle time of less than 30 seconds turning transactions into customers.
