SmartSigning Room Product Features

  1. SmartSigning Room can be auto-created via a web service and invitation emails sent to all signers.

  2. Functionality can be private labeled at the individual customer level.
    • Rooms can be branded with each customer's logos and color schemes.
    • Signing ceremony can be configured to requirements and risks of transaction type.

  3. Ability to manage SmartSigning Room, including adding or removing
    documents and signers.

  4. Full logging and reporting of SmartSigning Room creation, modification and activity.

  5. Room provides secure signer access to review, comment and sign selected documents:
    • View all document types.
    • Sign PDFs or SMARTDocs:
    • Supports signatures and initial signature types.
    • Supports a range of signing options, from single click through individual signature point confirmation.
    • Signatures can be configured as optional.
    • Allows signatures to be ordered as well as tied to a certain role (e.g., Officer)
    • Insertion of graphic images of signature or initials in document for each signer and signature type by page (via X/Y coordinates or PDF form fields).
    • Optional, imbedded ESIGN Consent process.
    • Signer ability to select signing font.
    • Signer can print or download all documents.

  6. Notification to organization if signer adds comment to document.

  7. Provides a “zero download” transaction, requiring only Internet access.

  8. Supports the use of already issued username/password credentials or new account creation.

  9. Provides a secure signing ceremony through user authentication and signing quality control checks, including:
    • Has document been reviewed prior to signing?
    • Has the document expired?
    • Is this signer an allowed signer?
    • Do other signers need to sign prior to this signer?
    • Does this signature require the signer to belong to a certain role?
    • Are countersignatures accepted?
    • Is the document a Transferable Record?
    • Confirms intent to sign.

  10. Places a tamper evident digital signature on the signing record to ensure document integrity.

  11. Time and date stamps transaction.

  12. Confirms document was successfully received and validated by SmartSAFE.
