The Solution: SmartForms
SmartForms is an optional component that handles the creation of custom forms based on data supplied by an end user. The SmartForms application expedites the path to eSignatures for organizations that create and manage their own forms. SmartForms can populate a set of forms, based on preconfigured rules, using the data collected from the end user via a website application or interview process. This allows the forms set to be specific to the transaction and eliminates the presentation of unnecessary forms. Once SmartForms creates the forms, SmartForms can prepare the document for signing via an eTMS signing application, including both the SmartSignature Server and SmartSigning Room applications. Depending on the signing method selected, SmartForms can manage the populated forms throughout the SmartSignature Server signing session or send the forms to the SmartSAFE for inclusion in a SmartSigning Room.
In addition, SmartForms can create new signer accounts, allowing organizations to match signing credentials to existing user account credentials. SmartForms also provides the ability for ongoing forms and rules engine maintenance by the organization. |
